Delivery Information
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Orders placed before 2:00 pm UK time (GMT/BST) will be processed on the same working day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm, at weekends or on a UK bank holiday will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery options

Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Orders must be placed before 2:00 pm UK time for same-working-day dispatch.
Standard Delivery – Royal Mail

Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Standard delivery is free on qualifying orders of £50 or more.
Important delivery information
A working day means Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Deliveries may occasionally take longer because of carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, unusually high order volumes or circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We may be unable to change an address after an order has been dispatched.
A dispatch confirmation will be sent when the order leaves us. Tracking information will also be provided where the selected delivery service includes tracking.
If an order has not arrived after the estimated delivery period, please contact us at info@alaracosmetics.co.uk with your order number.
Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photographs of the parcel and affected products.
